Agility right from the start!

A webinar with with Emelie Johnson Vegh October 18, 2022

Let’s talk about agility right from the start! Agility is a complex and fast sport. Foundation skills form the base of your agility career and will be valuable not only in the beginning of your training but throughout said career.

Emelie will be sharing the basics of clever clicker training for agility, discussed in the book Agility Right From the Start that she authored together with Eva Bertilsson (her partner in the collaboration Carpe Momentum). And you, the handler, are not forgotten in this either! Dog training is always about your skills too.

Even if this webinar will have agility as its focus, the thoughts about strategies, offered behavior, training session structures and what foundation skills actually are, are valuable for all venues.

As a dog trainer, Emelie has experience from a variety of venues and has competed in various dog sports with several dogs of various breeds. Currently, she’s working with her young field golden retriever Tessa, getting her ready for a number of different sports.
