Elke Boxoen is a highly accomplished dog trainer and dog dancer from Belgium. She has been active in the field of dog dancing for over 15 years and has earned several prestigious accolades, including becoming the European Champion in 2016 and the World Champion in Freestyle Dog Dancing in 2017. One of her standout performances, Once Upon a Time, showcases her incredible bond with her dog, Jessy, and has gone viral for its creativity and precision​.

Elke's training philosophy emphasizes relationship-based methods, focusing on building trust and communication between the handler and the dog. She is known for her modern, hands-off training techniques, which prioritize the well-being of the animals. In addition to her success in dog dancing, Elke has extensive experience working with both dogs and horses, a passion she cultivated while growing up on a farm​

To share her knowledge, Elke founded the Dogz Devotion Academy, where she teaches her unique D.D.A. method. This approach integrates her expertise in animal behavior, storytelling through performance, and innovative training techniques, helping others achieve harmony and connection with their dogs​
